COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION OF SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING HOUSING
It is the comprehensive rehabilitation of a detached house between partitions where the staircase becomes the main element from which the plants develop.
The upper deck becomes a solarium, acting as a lantern to illuminate the space where the staircase is located.
The materials of the new façade (the existing one is preserved in its entirety) were exhibited at the Vilanova i la Geltrú Heritage Commission. This façade contains two visual plans:
- The solid gray background (equal to the interior carpentry).
- A vertical slab that contains both window and fixed protections on a solid wall that make up a neutral façade that values the existing one, both for its position (withdrawal) and for its composition. The material to be used is textured aluminum imitating wood color.
