Detached house between partitions where we take advantage of the characteristics of the existing walls and ceilings to create a "post-industrial" environment.

The main floor is developed with cross-street and courtyard views and diagonals in height where the existing roof is used.

The newly built elements, finished in white and metallic colors are contrasted with the existing ones (solid brick and wooden beams with tin can and tile).
